Abstract
Accelerating the development and construction of pumped-storage power stations is an urgent need to achieve the goal of"Double carbon"and build a new type of power system,and meanwhile,the pumped storage industry has ushered in a new period of explosive development since the beginning of the"14th Five-Year Plan".However,in the context of constantly promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,the state and relevant ministries continue to strengthen the policy management of soil and water conservation,material store yard,reservoir storage management and security of tenure on land,while the pumped-storage power station faces great challenges to achieve the goal of putting into operation 120 million kW by 2030 on schedule.The selection of dump site,material store yard outside reservoir,reservoir storage capacity and temporary land use life faced in the development of pumped storage industry are briefly analyzed,and relevant policy suggestions are put forward.关键词
