甘南藏族自治州合作市青少年干眼症的发生情况及其影响因素
Prevalence and influencing factors of dry eye disease among adolescents in Hezuo City of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

Abstract
Objective To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of dry eye disease(DED)among adoles-cents in Hezuo City of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,and to provide support for the development of scientific clinical prevention and control measures.Methods We selected middle school students aged 12 years and older in He-zuo City using a random stratified sampling method.We collected demographic information,lifestyle habits,and ocular health data.The diagnosis of DED was determined according to the diagnostic criteria established in the Consensus of Chi-nese Experts on Dry Eye(2020).We used univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses to explore the factors as-sociated with DED.Results Among the 1,039 participants,227 were diagnosed with DED,while 812 were classified as non-DED.Significant differences were found between the DED and non-DED groups in terms of gender,age,refractive error,outdoor activity time,sleep duration,history of ocular trauma,history of allergic conjunctivitis or rhinitis,and ocu-lar medication use in the past six months(all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis indicated that refractive error(OR=3.486,P<0.05)and a history of ocular trauma(OR=3.238,P<0.05)were independent risk factors for DED.Conclusions The prevalence of DED among adolescents in the Gannan region is relatively high.Refractive error and a history of ocular trauma are independent risk factors for the development of DED among adolescents in this region.关键词
