南水北调东线江苏段工程供水价格研究
Research on water supply price of the Jiangsu section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project

Abstract
The supply price for water diversion projects is a critical factor in ensuring the sustainable operation of hydraulic engineering infrastructures,achieving the rational allocation of water resources,and balancing the interests of all stakeholders.Jiangsu is the source region for the East Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and the water supply price for the Jiangsu section of the eastern route directly affects the economic and social benefits of the project.Based on the latest national water pricing policy and the actual operation of the project,this study discusses the internal and external factors influencing changes in the project's water supply price and calculates the water supply cost and cost water price for the Jiangsu section of the eastern route.A comparative analysis of the cost water price and the current water price reveals that the current water price does not reflect full cost pricing and that the basic water fee does not cover fixed cost expenditures.An assessment of the affordability of water usage for domestic,industrial,and agricultural purposes indicates that the current water price for the Jiangsu section of the eastern route lies within the maximum affordable range for all types of users,indicating varying degrees of room for price increases.关键词
