The synergistic promotion of reclaimed water utilization and industrial green high-quality development

Abstract
Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020 in China,this study constructs evaluation index systems for reclaimed water utilization and industrial green high-quality development.The entropy weight method is employed to determine the weights of each indicator,and the coupling coordination degree model is used to measure the comprehensive evaluation indices and coupling coordination degree between the two systems.The Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method is introduced to reveal spatial distribution disparities and their sources.Additionally,the kernel density estimation method is used to analyze the dynamic evolution trends.The results indicate that the coupling coordination degree between reclaimed water utilization and industrial green high-quality development in China shows an upward trend,although the overall level remains relatively low.Furthermore,significant spatial heterogeneity is observed in the coupling coordination degree across different regions,with a general trend toward multipolar development characteristics.Finally,policy recommendations are proposed,including increasing investment in reclaimed water technology research and development,enhancing intra-regional collaboration,and establishing inter-regional resource-sharing mechanisms.关键词
