交直流混合制氢系统耦合配置与能效评估研究

Abstract
Aiming at the high energy consumption problem of AC and DC hybrid hydrogen production systems,based on the engineering application of Yongli Hydrogen Production Plant of Guoneng(Ningxia Ningdong)Green Hydrogen Energy Co.,Ltd.,this paper proposes an optimization scheme for AC and DC power supply coupling configuration.By building an energy consumption model and analyzing the impact of the ratio of AC and DC power on system efficiency,the research shows that reasonably optimizing the ratio of AC and DC power can significantly improve the overall energy efficiency of the hydrogen production system and reduce power conversion losses.When renewable energy is sufficient,the system mainly uses DC power supply,which effectively improves electrolysis efficiency;when energy is insufficient,AC power supply ensures system stability,demonstrating the flexibility and efficiency of the AC-DC coupled system under different working conditions.The research results provide new ideas for the field of hydrogen energy preparation and are of great significance to the development of green energy.关键词
