摘要

Abstract

The research aims to predict the service performance of the Beidou timing system through Satellite-Based Augmented Services(SBAS).We have used advanced data processing technology,machine learning algorithms and physical models to build a comprehensive prediction framework to ensure the reliability and stability of Beidou timing services.Through in-depth analysis of historical data and monitoring of real-time data,we can predict the performance changes of the Beidou timing system.Research results show that SBAS services significantly improve the accuracy and reliability of Beidou timing systems,especially in complex environments such as urban canyons.In addition,our prediction model showed high accuracy on multiple historical data sets,with a root-mean-square error(RMSE)value of 1.5 nanoseconds and a coefficient of determination(R2)value of 0.98.However,we also found that under extreme conditions,such as strong ionospheric disturbances or significant multipath effects,the performance of the Beidou timing system will degrade.This research not only provides a new methodology for predicting the performance of the Beidou timing system,but also provides a scientific basis for the optimization and upgrade of the system.Our research results will provide important reference for the global application of Beidou timing system and provide valuable insights for researchers and practitioners in related fields.With the continuous development of technology,we look forward to the Beidou timing system being widely used in the future and providing better services to users around the world.
