Abstract
The combination of artificial intelligence(AI)and building information modeling(BIM)is opening up new paths for the digitally intelligent transformation of the construction industry.This paper discusses the feasibility of combining AI and BIM,and analyzes their application potential and data quality,technical complexity,algorithm transparency,organizational management and regulatory ethics in aspects such as design optimization,construction management,operation and maintenance management,risk and quality control,and cost management.Research has shown that the intelligent learning and prediction capabilities of AI models complement the information integration and visualization features of BIM technology,and can provide efficient and accurate solutions for the full life cycle management of construction projects.Although the combination of AI and BIM faces many challenges,it is of great value in improving engineering efficiency,optimizing resource utilization and promoting green buildings.In the future,the deep integration of AI and BIM will inject new impetus into the innovative development of the construction industry and help achieve more intelligent and sustainable project management goals.关键词
