Abstract
Copper tailings are both industrial wastes and special resources to be developed.This paper mainly studies the application technology of producing oil well cement with copper tailings as ferrous raw material.Using copper tailings to produce oil well cement clinker KH≤0.920,SM≤1.7,IM≤0.7 control,through the clinker chemical composition analysis,mineral composition analysis and the performance index analysis and harmful composition analysis.The results show that the burnability of raw meal can be improved by optimizing raw meal proportioning scheme,and the thermal system of rotary kiln can be stabilized by using copper tailings to produce oil well cement.This indicates that copper tailings have the potential to produce oil well cement.关键词
