摘要

Abstract

This paper proposes a digital transformation program based on BIM,Internet of Things(IoT)and other technologies after investigating the current status of digital application in each stage of the whole life cycle of the building and analyzing the pain point problems faced by the industry,such as data silos and insufficient value chain collaboration.The study designed an implementation framework covering the whole process of design,construction,operation and maintenance,and verified the remarkable effectiveness of digital transformation in enhancing management efficiency,reducing operation costs and improving service quality through typical cases,which provides learnable experience and suggestions for the practice of digital transformation of the whole life cycle value service of buildings.
