Abstract
As a major national infrastructure,railroad is the key to support the construction of modernization,and its efficient,safe and stable operation is not only related to the smoothness of the entire transportation system,but also closely related to the development of the national economy.By actively applying advanced artificial intelligence technology in railroad operation and service management,it helps to further improve the efficiency of railroad operation,save operating costs,and promote the development of railroad in the direction of intelligence and automation.Based on this,this paper mainly describes the characteristics of artificial intelligence technology,clarifies the shortcomings of the current railroad operation and service management,and analyzes the specific application scenarios of artificial intelligence,in order to lay a solid foundation for the efficient and stable operation of the railroad.关键词
