消防高压给排水管道焊接与防腐技术分析

Abstract
The welding quality and corrosion resistance of fire-fighting high-pressure water supply and drainage pipes directly affect the reliability of the fire protection system.Through the analysis of the fire pipeline installation project in Yangzhuang Community,Tongzhou,Beijing,the study found that argon arc welding technology combined with inner wall coating treatment can significantly improve the compressive strength and corrosion resistance of the pipeline.Experimental results show that the pass rate of pipeline welds using this technology reaches 98%,much higher than the industry average of 85%.In addition,The application of inner ceramic-based coating and outer epoxy resin coating reduced the corrosion rate of the pipeline by 65%under simulated five-year use conditions.These findings provide technical support for improving the overall performance of the fire-fighting,water supply and drainage piping system.关键词
