机车车轮轮径差影响规律研究

Abstract
The research focuses on the abnormal wheel size of the HXD1 locomotive.In view of the impact of abnormal wheel wear on operation safety and economy,based on the 2022-2024 Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway section lathing data,the problems of excessive coaxial wheel diameter difference and partial wheel flange wear of the wheel were analyzed.By analyzing the distribution of wheel diameter difference and related characteristic parameters,including wheel diameter difference before and after turning,traveling mileage,wheel diameter interval,left and right wheel wear rates,etc.,it is revealed that the wheel diameter difference is affected by the last turning of the rear wheel diameter difference,traveling mileage and wheel wheel diameter interval.Build a wheel diameter difference risk assessment model that considers the last wheel diameter difference,the mileage after turning and the wheel diameter value,and calculate the probability of wheel diameter difference exceeding the limit in different wheel diameter sections and mileage.The results show that the model can effectively calculate the probability of overrun,and it is of great significance to control the difference in the rear wheel turning diameter.When the wheel diameter is large,the C1-level repair mileage can be appropriately extended,and when the wheel diameter is small,it is easy to overrun.关键词
