Abstract
With the further promotion of the remediation of major hazard sources in the liquid ammonia area,coal-fired power plants have gradually adopted urea ammonia system to replace liquid ammonia.In this paper,the case of economic loss of more than 800,000 yuan caused by urea raw material pollution in a power plant was taken as the starting point.The pollutants in urea and their sources are systematically analyzed,and the specific causes of abnormal water quality in urea ammonia system were studied.This study developed a standardized process for the quality acceptance of urea raw materials into the plant,including sampling management,laboratory testing and daily laboratory supervision systems,and proposed effective control measures for urea pollution sources.It is of practical significance to improve the management level of urea ammonia production system in coal-fired power plants and ensure the stability of system operation and equipment safety.关键词
