含高比例新能源的配电网储能规划研究
Research on energy storage planning for distribution networks with high proportion of renewable energy
摘要
Abstract
With the increasing penetration of new energy sources such as distributed photovoltaics in the distribution network,the traditional distribution network faces many challenges.So this study focus on the energy storage planning for distribution networks with the high proportion of the new energy access,proposing bi-level planning models.The im-proved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm is used to solve the upper model,aiming at minimizing the average daily comprehensive cost.The lower model is transformed into a mixed integer second-order cone programming prob-lem,which is solved by calling the Gurobi solver to optimize the operating parameters of the distribution network.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the improved IEEE 33-bus example and the practical application analysis of Area A.Compared with the planning method without considering the reactive power output of photovoltaic and energy storage,the proposed method effectively reduces the network loss,voltage deviation and fluctuation of distribution network under the situation of the similar cost,and promotes the accuracy of the energy storage planning.关键词
