摘要

Abstract

Under the strong promotion of the era of Industry 4.0,the manufacturing industry has shown a rapid leapfrog development trend.Milling automatic production units composed of CNC machine tools,industrial robots and material storage modules are becoming increasingly widely used in the field of manufacturing and production.However,the current automatic milling production unit mainly relies on maintenance personnel inspection records for monitoring equipment operating status.There are many problems such as difficulty in tracing data,difficulty in warning faults,and difficulty in monitoring operating status.Through digital upgrades,sensors are installed on key functional components to achieve real-time monitoring and accurate analysis of equipment operating status,timely discover hidden equipment failures and take corresponding measures.At the same time,digital upgrades can also provide data support for improving production efficiency,optimizing production processes,and enhancing the stability of product quality.
