摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of insufficient adaptability of SY1390 laser cutting machine to material cutting,the current cutting device was analyzed,and a set of tooling for circular tube cutting was designed.Using TRIZ theory system function analysis and cause-and-effect axis analysis,determine the reasons for the insufficient adaptability of laser cutting machine to material cutting,using the principle of technical contradiction resolution and physical contradiction resolution principle to get the solution of the problem of insufficient adaptability to material cutting,and complete the structural design of laser cutting round pipe tools.The results show that the design of the laser cutting tool can complete the cutting of the round tube.
