摘要
Abstract
This paper first introduces the horizontally split centrifugal compressor and its operating principle;secondly,it expounds the importance of fault diagnosis and maintenance;next,it analyzes and discusses in detail operating faults such as sealing system faults,bearing faults,abnormal vibration and noise,and insufficient compressor outlet pressure,and gives corresponding maintenance methods;finally,a series of suggestions are put forward to improve the safe operation of horizontally split centrifugal compressors,including equipment maintenance,cleaning mechanical parts,optimizing airtight materials and introducing fault diagnosis systems,in order to ensure efficient and stable operation of the compressor and reduce the downtime due to faults,and thus effectively improve production efficiency and safety.关键词
