Abstract
Thread grease is a kind of material that must be used in the production of oil well pipe,and plays an important role in the exploration and development of oil and gas fields.According to the mechanism and requirements of the centrifugal atomization method,the centrifugal atomization of thread grease is realized by using the oil film flow characteristics on the surface of the rotating disc,and the automatic application of thread grease in the production process of the oil well pipe is realized by the oil spray device.The structure and composition of the oil spray system are analyzed,and the application requirements and design characteristics of each component are analyzed.Compared with the current manual and automatic thread grease coating devices,the oil spray device has the advantages of uniform oil coating,less fat waste,simple equipment structure,low failure rate,simple maintenance and adjustment,and low operating cost,and is widely used in oil well pipe production enterprises.关键词
