高职教师数字胜任力模型构建及实证研究
Construction of Digital Competency Model for vocational colleges Teachers and Empirical Research
摘要
Abstract
Based on the"Iceberg"and"Onion"theories of competency,combining with the job characteristics of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities,this paper constructed a theoretical model of digital competency for higher vocational teachers.This paper designed a questionnaire.Through the research on more than 600 higher vocational teachers in and outside the province,the results show that higher vocational teachers already have certain digital teaching knowledge and digital teaching skills,but the higher-order digital competence is still to be improved,and there is a significant difference in the digital competence of higher vocational teachers in different regions,genders,title levels,and ages.In response to the findings,suggestions are made that the improvement of digital literacy should be transformed to digital competence and the differentiation of teacher training should be continuously promoted.关键词
