Abstract
As the host parameters and capacity increase,the corresponding auxiliary devices will also need to increase their parameters and capacity to match.Especially in the 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical single reheat unit,the design parameters of the auxiliary equipment are significantly higher than those of the conventional 660 MW and 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units.This is not only reflected in the equipment structure,configuration,but also reflected in the layout form.In the 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical single reheating unit,single-row serpentine tube is usually used in the high-loading equipment.This choice not only reflects the improvement of the manufacturing capacity and technological progress of auxiliary engines in thermal power plants,but also reflects the gradual reduction of the production cost of single-row high-pressure heaters,which is a major trend in the development of ultra-supercritical units.Therefore,it is very important to study the economy of using single row serpentine tube high pressure heater in 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical primary reheat unit for understanding its position and role in modern power industry.In addition,such research not only helps to optimize the design and operation of existing equipment,but also has great significance for predicting and evaluating the impact of future technological advances on assistive equipment,and formulating corresponding technology development strategies.关键词
