地方性单项体育协会内部治理的实践模式与优化路径
Practice Mode,and Optimization Path of Internal Governance of Local Sports Associations
摘要
Abstract
Strengthening the internal governance of associations is the core driving force to promote the high-quality development of sports social organiza-tions,the practical support to improve the public service system of national fitness,and the active adjustment to adapt to the modernization of the sports gov-ernance system and governance capacity.Literature analysis method,survey method and other research methods were used to explore the practice mode,problem characterization and optimization path of internal governance of local single sport associations.The elite-led,corporate-led and hybrid operation modes are the basic patterns of internal governance practices.However,in practice,it still faces the problems of unsound Party building organization system,imperfect internal system construction,unscientific relationship between organizational power and affairs,and unsound internal operation mechanism.It is necessary to build a four-in-one optimization path of Party building leadership,soft law system,organizational structure,and operation mechanism,in which the leadership system with the Party organization as the core is perfected,and improve the soft law system with the constitution as the core,improve the orga-nizational structure with the corporate governance structure as the core,and improve the operation mechanism with the incentive and supervision as the core are improved.关键词
