Abstract
The aim is to create an efficient,convenient,self-service,intelligent,and integrated intelligent guidance service system that enhances patients'healthcare experience and satisfaction,as well as boosts the hospital's brand image and competitiveness.This paper analyzed the content of guidance services and the shortcomings of current hospital guidance services.It discussed the main functions and practical application effects of intelligent guidance robots.The efficient and convenient guidance services provided by intelligent guidance robots not only improved patients'healthcare experiences and the hospital's operational efficiency,but also injected new vitality has into the development of smart healthcare.关键词
