滩涂光伏发电项目的桩基施工现状及改进措施分析
ANALYSIS OF PILE FOUNDATION CONSTRUCTION STATUS AND IMPROVEMENT MEASURES OF MUDFLAT PV POWER GENERATION PROJECT

Abstract
There are many pile foundations in mudflat PV power generation project,pile foundation transfer and pile sinking construction are the key and difficult points in the project construction process.The efficiency and cost of pile foundation construction directly affect the overall progress and cost of the project.According to the construction environment of mudflat PV power generation project,this paper takes PHC pile foundation as an example,analyzes the construction status and key construction procedures of such pile foundation in the construction process of domestic mudflat PV power generation project,and puts forward corresponding improvement measures according to the current construction equipment and technology status.The analysis results show that:1)For pile foundation transfer,compared with the traditional offshore construction temporary platform scheme using crawler crane,the use of the gantry crane platform transfer scheme has increased the transfer efficiency by more than 5 times,reduced the scheme cost by about 29%,and achieved cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the project.2)For pile foundation sinking construction,the traditional floating box pile driving platform is improved by adding platform stability module,accuracy verification and tracking module to enhance the anti wind and wave stability and positioning accuracy of this type of pile driving platform.At the same time,the construction efficiency has also increased by abont 1 times.It is hoped that the research results can provide reference for the pile foundation construction of mudflat PV power generation project in the future.关键词
