Abstract

With the current trend towards large-scale and intensive development of wind turbines,road optimization and renovation of high mountain wind power projects have become essential to meet the transportation needs of large equipment such as blades and towers.This type of road optimization and renovation usually uses lowering the elevation to widen the road surface,but when the slope ratio of the road section exceeds the limit value,this method cannot be used to widen the road surface.Sometimes it is even necessary to reduce the slope ratio by raising the elevation.But in either case,there is a huge amount of engineering and construction difficulty.Therefore,simulating the optimal construction plan under specific terrain conditions and further optimizing design parameters can help achieve sustainable development of high mountain wind power projects.This paper takes the access road K0+540-K1+000 of a high mountain wind power project in Hunan Province as an example,and compares and analyzes three slope reduction and widening renovation schemes of access roads:widening to reducing ratio,wall and slab building,and bridge construction to reduce ratio,obtain the optimal solution and evaluate the application effect.The analysis results show that the wall and slab building scheme is superior to other schemes in terms of engineering cost,construction difficulty,and safety risk.After adopting this scheme,the slope ratio of access road is reduced from 19.006%to 17.000%.The anti sliding stability,anti overturning stability,foundation stress and eccentricity,foundation strength,wall bottom section strength and other parameters of the retaining wall also meet the requirements of relevant specifications after empirical calculation.
