Abstract
Solar water heaters have been widely used due to their environmental and energy-saving advantages,and the heat loss factor is a key indicator to measure their insulation performance.However,existing research lacks comprehensive studies on various types of solar water heaters under multiple influencing factors.This paper uses the method of controlling variables and advanced detection equipment to study five typical solar water heaters:ordinary vacuum tube,flat-plate balcony type,U-tube balcony type,flat-plate split type,and U-tube split type.Heat loss experiments are conducted from January to October under nighttime ambient temperatures ranging from 1 to 31℃.The effects of factors such as the average nighttime ambient temperature in different seasons,the starting and ending temperatures of the water in the hot water storage tank,and other factors on the heat loss factor of solar water heaters are studied.The research results show that the heat loss factors of different types of solar water heaters are affected by factors such as nighttime ambient temperature and the initial temperature of water in the hot water storage tank,showing different patterns of variation.Under the same experimental conditions,with seasonal changes,the higher the average ambient temperature at night,the smaller the difference between the initial temperature of the water in the hot water storage tank and the average ambient temperature at night,and the smaller the heat loss factor of ordinary vacuum tube solar water heaters,while the heat loss factor of flat-plate balcony type solar water heaters and flat-plate split type solar water heaters is larger.The degree of seasonal variation in the heat loss factor of two types of solar water heaters,U-tube balcony type and U-tube split type,is not significant.The research results provide comprehensive data support and theoretical basis for the performance optimization of solar water heaters.关键词
