Abstract
The existing yaw control strategies for wind turbines generally suffer from lag,and due to frequent changes in actual wind direction,resulting in excessive yaw frequency of wind turbines and loss of the service life of yaw system components.Based on this,this paper proposes a yaw control strategy of wind turbine based on the ARIMA model.Firstly,the collected wind direction data is preprocessed and used as input parameters for short-term wind direction prediction.Then,the yaw control strategy is designed based on the short-term wind direction prediction results.Finally,the control effect of the yaw control strategy is verified through actual data from six wind farms.The research results show that:1)The MAE values obtained by the ARIMA model based on wind direction data from six wind farm,all of which are less than 6.00°,with a maximum value of 5.71°,indicating that the predicted wind direction angle deviation of the model is small and can provide effective wind direction reference for wind turbines.2)After adopting the yaw control strategy based on the ARIMA model,the yaw frequency of the wind turbine decreased by 36.08%to 72.96%,and as the yaw frequency decreased,the yaw time also decreased to varying degrees,and the optimization effect is significant,which is beneficial for extending the service life of the wind turbine yaw system components.关键词
