摘要

Abstract

This paper investigates the influencing factors of phenomenon of the blackened aluminum main grid in the EL images of PERC mono-Si solar cells throngh experiments,and proposes solutions.The research results show that:1)A low temperature during the aluminum oxide coating process may be the key factor causing the blackened aluminum main grid in the EL images of this kind of solar cells,and the combined effect of process factors has a more significant impact on the solar cells.2)When a radio frequency discharge occurs during the aluminum oxide coating process,it will cause large fluctuations in the glow discharge voltage and current,reducing the density of the coating layer.The aluminum main grid are more likely to corrode the silicon substrate,resulting in the blackened aluminum main grid in solar cells with no apparent abnormality in appearance.3)By optimizing the glass frit component in the aluminum paste,the blackening issue of the aluminum main grid in the EL images of PERC mono-Si solar cells with no apparent abnormality in appearance can be improved.
