摘要
Abstract
To achieve the goals of emission peak and carbon neutrality and to meet the requirements of green and low-carbon development in the power sector,as well as to ensure the economic and secure integration of renewable energy,this paper constructs an multi-energy complementary integrated system of wind-PV-hydro-thermal-storage,based on large-scale hydropower and thermal power plants.A installed capacity planning and coordinated control method for a multi-energy complementary wind-PV-hydro-thermal-storage integrated system is proposed,and a two-layer optimization model is established.The method is compared with a fixed capacity wind-PV-hydro-thermal-storage integrated system.The research results show that:the two-layer optimization model simultaneously considers the optimization of installed capacity and multi energy complementary operation coordination control,and both can achieve optimal results.After optimization,the investment cost has decreased,and it is possible to achieve no wind or solar waste with a smaller installed capacity of energy storage systems,and obtain higher returns.The lower-level control method of the two-layer optimization model realizes coordinated control of multi-energy complementarity.While ensuring system balance the output power of thermal power units is reduced and more stable,enhancing the stability of the integrated system.关键词
