压力—叠变:积分制的数字化转型机理研究
Stress-Overlaying:A Study on the Mechanism of Digital Transformation of the Point System

Abstract
In response to the phenomenon of"institutional suspension"of the point system in rural governance operations,relevant central ministries and some local practices advocate the use of digit-al technology to improve and promote the point system.D Village in western Guangdong has a-chieved the digital transformation of the point system through the"Yue Zhi Mei"mini-program.By analyzing the case with the"pressure-transformation"analytical framework proposed in this study,it is found that institutional suspension is a manifestation of institutional alienation,making the tra-ditional point system entering the process of"deinstitutionalization".The digital transformation of the point system is driven by functional pressure,political pressure,and social pressure,and is fur-ther alleviated through response mechanisms such as tool overlay,relationship overlay,and value overlay in"institutional overlay".The application of digital point system brings multiple effects.On the one hand,it continues the point system and expands governance effectiveness,thereby breaking through the suspension dilemma of the traditional point system.On the other hand,it may lead to exclusion of marginalized groups,difficulties in speech regulation,risks in continuous maintenance,and the weakening of local interactions,which may trigger a new round of deinstitu-tionalization.关键词
