"Home"as a Community Work Method:Practical Form and Efficiency Mechanism

Abstract
In the practice of grassroots community governance in China,"home"has unique institu-tional and cultural connotations.Through the technical application of family emotions,activation of organizational dynamics inherent in family intergenerational development,and exploration of new cultural connotations,community workers promote the development of flexible governance,organi-zational mobilization optimization,and construction of public value systems in the specific govern-ance practice process,thus forming a unique"home"community work method.It is based on the practice of the"home"work method that the community has achieved the shaping of an institution-alized organizational structure for"family-community"interaction,the connection between daily community life and public governance,and the strengthening of the local legitimacy foundation of community governance.In the process of promoting the construction and improvement of grassro-ots community governance system and enhancing governance capacity,it is necessary to rediscover the role positioning and governance value of"home"in it,and promote the continuous updating and improvement of its working methods.关键词
