摘要
Abstract
With the increasing demands for machining precision in high-end manufacturing,digital control systems have become a key technology for achieving high-precision mechanical machining.This paper conducted an in-depth study on the application of digital control systems in high-precision machining.Through constructing a data acquisition system based on multi-sensor information fusion,adaptive control algorithms,and error compensation models,intelligent control of the machining process had been achieved.The system adopted a modular design approach,integrating high-precision sensors,real-time controllers,and actuators as core components to establish a complete digital control platform.Experimental results showed that this system could improve machining accuracy by 30%and surface roughness by 25%in complex part machining,significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of high-precision part manufacturing.关键词
