摘要

Abstract

In the field of industrial automation,4~20mA current output as a standard signal is widely used in all kinds of instrumentation.For a long time,the dependence on imported CPUs in this field has led to supply chain risks and cost constraints and other problems.In view of this,this study was dedicated to the research and development of 4~20mA current output intelligent module based on domestic CPU,in-depth development of hardware circuit design,construction of adapted software architecture,the use of advanced control algorithms to achieve accurate current output control,in the hope of laying a foundation for the widespread application of domestic CPU in the field of industrial instrumentation,and promoting the development of related industries in an autonomous and controllable manner.
