Abstract
In order to develop a more simple and practical control strategy to improve the operation efficiency of daul active bridge clamp(DABC)converter and optimize the operation efficiency of DABC converter under the condition of wide voltage,a linearized power model based pulse width modulation(PWM)phase shift control scheme of DABC converter is designed.Ac-cording to the operation period and duty ratio of the clamp switch,the period and duty ratio parameters of the clamp switch are adjusted to calculate the duty ratio data of the secondary H-bridge.The experimental results show that the voltage stress of BUCK mode transformer is greatly reduced by PWM phase shift control,and the H-bridge of BUCK mode transformer outputs five levels,which increases the flexibility of controller selection and greatly reduces the cost of converter.The PWM phase shift control achieves 94%transmission efficiency and voltage conversion ratio of 5.2.The minimum transmission efficiency is 90.52%,and voltage conversion ratio is 6.2.Compared with the traditional dual active bridge(DAB)converter,the new con-trol mode achieves higher transmission efficiency,lower voltage and current stress,and lower switching loss.关键词
