Abstract
Aimed at the problems of poor sustainability and stability of comprehensive energy supply and higher carbon emis-sions in the park,the method of dynamic optimization of comprehensive energy lowcarbon planning capacity of the park under block sampling is studied.A dynamic optimization model of energy planning is constructed by coupling the energy information contained in the comprehensive energy sector of the park with the energy production sector,consumption sector and energy storage sector.Through multi-load forecasting,combined with factor endowment and external energy supply conditions,the energy planning results are determined to be suitable for the comprehensive energy consumption characteristics of the park,and high energy efficiency,the best economic and environmental protection performance are used as the objective function.Com-bined with equipment investment and operation,power balance and other constraints,the optimal allocation of energy lowcar-bon is completed,and the comprehensive energy lowcarbon planning effect of the park is obtained with the lowest carbon emis-sions and the highest energy efficiency.The experimental results show that the application of the model can reduce the carbon emissions of the park,meet the urban electricity demand and maximize the energy use,and improve the sustainability and sta-bility of energy supply.关键词
