Abstract
It is difficult to confirm the adaptation coefficient of the risk list evaluation and the scheduling scenario due to the di-versity of substation isolator faults.In order to understand the risk of isolator faults more accurately,aimed at the problem of excessive deviation in the the risk list preparation.An optimization method based on particle swarm optimization(PSO)algo-rithm for the preparation of substation isolator faults risk list is proposed.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to confirm the basic risk coefficient and fitness function of the substation isolator faults.According to the relationship between the substation isolator faults branch structure and the faults risk,combined with the isolator faults characteristics,the risk list preparation coefficient correlation optimization is carried out from three aspects,i.e.,the branch isolator load index,the branch isolator on-off coupling index and the isolator power flow status.This involves completing the processes of fault characteristic analysis of isolators,quantification of risk coefficients,and updating of the checklist,thereby achieving optimiza-tion of the risk checklist compilation.The experimental results show that the isolator faults risk list preparation optimization meets the conditions of real scene application,and the proposed method can improve the adaptation coefficient of the preparation parameters and improve the preparation accuracy of the risk list.关键词
