时距认知与疼痛的双向关系及其思考
The relationship between time perception and pain
摘要
Abstract
The relationship between temporal cognition and pain has become one of the topics of focus for researchers.To provide more comprehensive understanding of these relationships and their underlying mechanisms as well as more effective interventions for pain and temporal distance cognition,it is first pointed out from the perspective of bidirectional relationship that,on the one hand,pain has been shown to influence temporal cognition,resulting in three outcomes:lengthening,shortening,or no significant effect;and on the other hand,temporal cognition has been shown to influence pain by increasing,decreasing,or having no impact on its intensity,tolerance,and sensitivity.Then,the above results are further interpreted within the frameworks of Attentional Gate Theory,Gate Control Theory,and Neuromatrix Theory.Finally,future research should focus on several key scientific issues:(1)the mediating mechanisms of attention and arousal in the direction of pain-affecting temporal cognition deviations and the boundary conditions;(2)the mediating mechanisms of attention and arousal in the temporal cues and durations on pain tolerance or pain sensitivity and the boundary conditions;(3)the manipulation mechanisms of the pain interventions and temporal interventions.关键词
