Abstract
After the distributed photovoltaic power is incorporated into the medium voltage distribution network,it can provide new power supply,but can also change the power flow distribution of the distribution network,which may threaten the normal operation of the distribution network.How to reasonably plan the distribution network incorporated to photovoltaic power is very important,hence,an optimal planning method of medium voltage distribution network with distributed photovoltaic power generation under curve complementary power supply units division is proposed.This paper deeply analyzes the load characteris-tics of medium voltage distribution network,divides the power supply units of medium voltage distribution network according to the principle of curve complementation,makes the peak valley difference of the load of the power supply units reach the mini-mum,builds an optimal planning model of medium voltage distribution network,determines model construction objectives and constraints,introduces the improved extreme value optimization algorithm to solve the model,and the solution result is the best optimal planning scheme of medium voltage distribution network.The experimental results show that the maximum utilization ratio of distributed photovoltaic power obtained by the proposed method is 96%,and the minimum active power loss of medium voltage distribution network is 1000 kW,which fully proves that the proposed method has a good effect on distribution network optimal planning.关键词
