烤烟间作大豆对烤烟根际土壤微生物多样性的影响
Effect of roasted tobacco intercropping with soybean on microbial diversity of tobacco inter-root soil

Abstract
[Objective]The study aims to analyze the changes of inter-root soil physicochemical properties and microbial community structure and composition of roasted tobacco under intercropping soybean mode,which will provide the scientific basis for future optimization of the in-tercropping mode and intercropping cultivation management of roasted tobacco.[Method]The materials that included tobacco intercropping soils of CK,ID1 and ID2 were used to analyze the physical and chemical properties of tobacco intercropping soils and the structure of micro-bial communities in tobacco intercropping soils.[Result]Soybean intercropping significantly increased organic matter(OM)content,alka-line dissolved nitrogen(AN),rapid phosphorus(AP)and fast-acting potassium(AK)in tobacco inter-root soils.According to the analysis of Alpha diversity,the Ace index,Chao index,Shannon index and Shannon's equal diversity index of tobacco inter-root soil fungi were high-er than those of CK in ID1 and ID2 treatments,the Ace index and Chao index in particular(P<0.05).The analysis of species Venn dia-gram revealed that compared with CK treatment,the total soil bacterial AS Vs in the inter-root soil of tobacco increased by 13.26% and 2.81%,and the endemic bacterial ASVs raised by 7.85% and 25.30%,respectively.In addition,the inter-root soil fungal ASVs saw the increment of 29.63% and 25.04%,and the endemic fungal ASVs witnessed the increment of 59.22% and 49.02%.The proportion of dominant fungi such as Actinobacteria and Ascomycota in ID1 and ID2 treatments was higher than that in control(CK),and Kickxellomyco-ta,the endemic phylum,appeared in the inter-root soil fungal community of roasted tobacco treated with intercropped soybean.PICRUSt 2 function prediction analysis showed that compared with roasted tobacco monoculture,intercropped soybean enhanced the function of carbohy-drate and amino acid metabolism related pathways in inter-root bacteria compared with tobacco monoculture.Functional prediction by FUN-Guild fungi showed that intercropping soybean reduced the number of phytopathogenic bacteria in the soil.[Conclusion]Intercropping soy-bean plays a significant role in increasing the content of OM,AN,AP and AK in the inter-root soil of roasted tobacco,enhancing the Ace and Chao indices of inter-root microorganisms and improving the richness and diversity of microorganisms in the inter-root soil of roasted to-bacco.关键词
