摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of elevator maintenance and save social resources,a non-intrusive inspection system(NIIS)of elevator operation state is constructed.The system is composed of four modules,i.e.,system data acquisition,data storage and analysis,mail service and real-time monitoring Web interface.The elevator operation abnormal vibration is analyzed based on vibration analysis and intrinsic characteristic-scale decomposition(ICD).The application results show that in the cur-rent test of elevator operation in the case community,99.89%of the data points are located at 3σ range,and 98.28%of data points are located at 2σ.At the same time,there is no high-frequency vibration impact signal in the PC envelope spectrum,so the elevator operation state is normal.When the elevator goes up,the approximate positions of abnormal vibration in the accel-eration,constant speed and deceleration states are 0 m,10 m and 20 m.When the elevator goes down,the approximate posi-tions of abnormal vibration in the acceleration,constant speed and deceleration states are 28 m,18 m and 7 m.According to the different characteristics of the relationship between vibration energy and position,the approximate positions of abnormal vibra-tion of the elevator can be preliminarily determined.
