摘要
Abstract
Diagnosis-Intervention Packet(DIP)represents a pivotal reform in China's medical insurance payment sys-tem,aiming to contain cost,optimize resource allocation,and improve healthcare service quality.In recent years,multiple stud-ies have evaluated the potential impacts of DIP payment reform,covering aspects such as cost control,healthcare quality improve-ment,and hospital behavior adjustments.This study systematically reviews the studies on DIP reform effect evaluation as well as major findings and summarizes the major issues in current studies.Through rigorous analysis of these limitations,this study advo-cates methodological enhancement for DIP evaluation,aiming to provide a scientific basis for future policy modifications and con-tributing to the refinement and modernization of China's medical payment system.关键词
