Technology Empowering and Ecological Shaping:Research on the Intelligent Con-struction of Precision International Communication System

Abstract
The problem of precise international communication system arises at the historic moment in the realistic environment such as the deepening and improvement of national top-level design,the iteration and upgrading of the new generation of intelligent technology,and the continuous game of international public opinion field,and the"encounter"with the theoretical environment that applies and connects the media ecology theory.Although scholars at home and abroad have had in-depth discussions on media ecology and international communication,there are few studies on the intelligent,systematic and systematic construction of precise international communication from the perspective of media ecology. This paper is based on the system construction thinking of media ecology and the system construction ideas and theories of this paper,and from the media ecological perspective,it points out that the system construction thinking of media ecology and the system construction ideas and theories of this paper are in the same direction,and from the dimensions of"ecological change","ecological confinement","ecological breakthrough"and"ecological configuration",it explores the research on the ecological construction of precise international communication system in the era of artificial intelligence.However,the overall construction of the current precise international communication system still faces ecological dilemma,such as weak aggregation of communicative forces,challenges in cross-cultural expression,barriers of overseas platforms,lack of audience segmentation abroad,and untimely tracking of results.Based on these,this paper tries to follow ecological breakthrough points:the whole field adhere to accurate thinking,the whole process should strengthening technology embedded,the whole chain dig key data,the dynamics of communication should be grasped comprehensively.And the above points are integrated into the precise international communication subject ecology,discourse ecology,content ecology,platform ecology,audience ecology,evaluation ecology and other ecological subset,trying to transform the technical potential energy into high precision and high quality.The ultimate goal is to build an intelligent ecological picture of the precise international communication system and effectively improve the level and efficiency of China's precise international communication in the new era. Compared with the previous literature,this paper expands in the following aspects:first,from the"meeting"between the real environment and the theoretical environment,we refine the core ideas of media ecology theory,such as"technology","systemic","global",etc.,to clarify the applicability and connection of the theory to the precise international communication system in the intelligent era.Secondly,in the section of ecological breakthrough points,it is proposed that:the logical starting point is to insist on accurately identifying the game points of international public opinion discourse,the convergence points of interests between countries and the real concerns of overseas audiences;the focus is to insist on the accurate dissemination of layered,classified and grouped communications;and the landing point is to insist on the accuracy of key links empowered by the ChatGPT and other emerging artificial intelligence technologies.Thirdly,in the section of ecological configuration,such ideas as"technical subject revealing real value","constructing meta-discourse to activate discourse potential",and"the leapfrog development of intelligent platform linkage"are put forward.In this way,an intelligent ecological picture of a precise international communication system combining"precise thinking,algorithmic interaction and empathetic communication"is finally created and constructed. To a certain extent,this paper provides wisdom reference for bridging the"last kilometer"of the transformation of the technological advantages generated by the new generation of AI into communication potential,further creating a more accurate and efficient,human-machine harmonious symbiosis of precise international communication ecology,and forming international discourse power that matches China's comprehensive national power and international status.关键词
