Development pathways for new quality productive forces in public hospitals driven by Party-building:facilitating high-quality development
摘要
Abstract
In the era of digital transformation,the development of new productive forces in public hospitals requires the synergy of party-building and institutional innovation.This study investigates how party-building can enhance new productive forces in tertiary public hospitals located in the Yangtze River Delta region.A triple helix model encompassing institutional,tech-nological,and cultural dimensions was constructed to elucidate the mechanisms.Critical bottlenecks were identified,including governance rigidity,resource silos,and deviations in value orientation.The proposed four-dimensional pathway encompassing tal-ent cultivation,technological innovation,management optimization,and service enhancement provided a systematic solution for balancing technological innovation and the public welfare attributes of public hospitals.关键词
