Path and strategies for collaborative cultural construction in multi-campus public hospitals under the leadership of Party building
摘要
Abstract
This paper explores the paths and strategies for fostering a collaborative culture within public hospitals under the leadership of Party building.Through literature review and case analysis,we propose a series of approaches for constructing a collaborative culture across multi campuses,including establishing a unified value system,innovating cultural dissemination mechanisms,and creating cross-campus communication platforms.Furthermore,the paper presents implementation strategies that focus on enhancing organizational support and system development,optimizing talent resources,and ensuring continuous improve-ment.The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of public hospitals.关键词
