Abstract
Cloud computing data centers face on challenges associated with VM placement operations,such as high of violation rate service level agreement(SLA),high power consumption,and unequal load distribution among physical servers.Aiming at these challenges,a multi-objective model of virtual machine placement problem in cloud data center is proposed,and the virtual machine placement problem is expressed as a multi-objective optimization problem.An improved virtual machine placement al-gorithm is proposed,which is optimized by particle swarm optimization(PSO).The goal of the algorithm is to find the best so-lution for assigning a group of virtual machines to a group of physical servers without exceeding the server capacity.Compared with different virtual machine placement algorithms,the results show that the algorithm has a better control effect.关键词
