摘要
Abstract
Based on a thorough investigation of the current progress and existing issues in the construction and application of the public data authorization operation platforms(PDAOP)in various regions,this article,through methods such as empirical re-search,comparative analysis,and summarization and induction,proposes that the construction of the PDAOP must be met func-tional requirements,network deployment requirements etc.These requirements aim to support the entire process of public data au-thorization operation and ensure that"original data remains within the domain and is available but not visible".Additionally,the article further elaborates on the establishment of platform management systems and operation promotion mechanisms to achieve continuous optimization and utilization of the platform.关键词
