摘要

Abstract

An intelligent monitoring method of vibration spectrum of main transformer in substation based on improved support vector machine is proposed to monitor the change of vibration spectrum of main transformer in substation and master the opera-tion status of main transformer.Based on the main transformer of the substation,the peak-to-peak value,average value,skew-ness index of the vibration signal in the time domain,as well as the main component frequency division ratio,fundamental fre-quency ratio and 50 Hz odd times harmonic ratio index in the frequency domain are selected as the characteristic vectors of the vibration spectrum of the main transformer in the substation.The bacterial foraging algorithm is used to optimize the relevant parameters of the support vector machine,and the improved support vector machine is obtained.The characteristic vector of the vibration spectrum of the main transformer is input into the improved support vector machine,so as to realize the intelligent monitoring of the vibration spectrum of the main transformer in the substation.The experimental results shows that the pro-posed method has good adaptability and can effectively and intelligently monitor the vibration spectrum of the main transformer in the substation,quickly and accurately judge the various states of the main transformer operation.
