Abstract
In order to improve the success rate of charging and save the cost of charging for power grid enterprises,a lean char-ging short message system(SMS)for power grid enterprises for operational requirements is designed.A data acquisition mod-ule is used to collect the power consumption related data of electricity customers,and the data are transmitted to the database module for storage through serial communication.The payment preference day model is used to call the data of electricity cus-tomers in arrears stored in the database module,the user payment preference day is calculated,and the differentiated SMS sending strategy for each user of the power grid is implemented.The STM32 chip of the host module sends the attention(AT)command to the general packet radio service(GPRS)wireless communication module,and the SIM900A sub module sends the charging SMS to the customer terminal module.The experimental results show that the proposed system can realize the lean charging SMS sending,improve the effectiveness of SMS,which increases the success rate of charging,and has strong pressure resistance and fast response speed.关键词
