Abstract
To obtain high-efficiency ammonia nitrogen-degrading microbial strains,researchers remediated ammonia nitrogen wastew-ater using biological methods.Through 16S rDNA analysis,12 strains were identified as Bacillus cereus and selected as experimental strains.The ammonia nitrogen content in the supernatant was detected by standard Nessler's reagent spectrophotometry,and the degradation rate was calculated.Subsequent sewage degradation tests demonstrated that strain Bacillus cereus N435-1 exhibited out-standing performance.Under culture conditions with an initial ammonia nitrogen concentration of 100 mg·L-1,the degradation rate reached over 90%after 96 h and 99.91%after 144 h.This strain N435-1 showed effective degradation on four types of sewage,ulti-mately reducing ammonia nitrogen concentration to 2.62 mg·L-1 In conclusion.Laboratory culture conditions and sewage treatment ex-hibit comparable effects,confirming that strain N435-1 can efficiently degrade ammonia nitrogen with high reproducibility and rapid concentration reduction,demonstrating significant application potential.关键词
