河南省信阳市鲜食大豆生产现状及发展策略
Current Situation and Development Strategy of Vegetable Soybean Production in Xinyang City,Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
Vegetable soybean contains rich nutrients and good eating quality,which can regulate people's dietary structure and im-prove the nutritional status of the body.With the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for vegetable soybean is also increasing.In recent years,the soybean industry in Xinyang city has faced the dilemma of reducing the scale of soybean planting due to the economic benefits of competitive crops.In this context,vegetable soybean provide a breakthrough for the revitalization of the regional soybean industry due to their significant market advantages of long supply period,great potential and good economic benefits.Through the research on the vegetable soybean industry in Xinyang city,the problems of lack of high-quality vegetable soybean vari-eties,high-efficiency and high-yield cultivation technology system and insufficient attention to vegetable soybean were analyzed.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the development of vegetable soybean industry and the rejuvenation of soybean indus-try in Xinyang city by adhering to government guidance,multi-party cooperation,strengthening the introduction and cultivation of new varieties of high-quality vegetable soybean,accelerating the construction of high-yield and high-efficiency cultivation technology system of vegetable soybean,improving the level of agricultural mechanization,and promoting the industrialization of vegetable soy-bean.关键词
