摘要
Abstract
Effective human resource management plays a crucial role in enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,a human resource management information system for electric power enterprises based on Web services is designed.The system uses Web services technology as its core technology,the technology can provide functions such as data sharing services,calling,process integration and information publishing.A system three-layer architecture and a system database are designed to provide necessary data support for the operation of the system.System functional modules are designed with the help of Web services function.The experimental results show that the system can operate normally under various load condi-tions and meet performance requirements.The system throughput indicators are within an acceptable range,and the perform-ance of the system is good,reaching the expected standards.关键词
